Jae Kyoung Ahn

Chairman of the Board

Jae Kyoung Ahn brings to HandySoft Global Corporation more than 15 years of experience managing and financing information technology businesses. Prior to becoming Chairman of the Board, Ahn served as President and CEO, Treasurer and interim CFO of HandySoft Global. Before HandySoft Global, he served as CFO for HandySoft Corporation in Korea (HSK), where he played an instrumental role in the 1999 IPO of $10 million and follow-up investments of $145 million. Ahn also served as Company Commander in the South Korean Army.

Ahn holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Wonkwang University in Korea. He also studied in the Executive MBA Program at George Mason.

Bruce McLeod

President and Chief Executive Officer

Bruce McLeod

Bruce McLeod serves as HandySoft Global Corporation's President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. McLeod joined HandySoft in 2006 with an extensive business background and more than 35 years of experience. Throughout his career, McLeod has successfully performed in many functions, from sales to business development and various financial roles including Vice President, President and CFO.

McLeod brings to HandySoft a broad range of experience in both the public sector and commercial markets. Prior to joining HandySoft, McLeod held positions at Symantec Corporation, SAP, PeopleSoft, Dun & Bradstreet, Anderson Consulting, Proctor & Gamble and Xerox. He was also a Supply Officer in the Navy, serving in Vietnam and throughout the Mediterranean.

McLeod holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Lehigh University.

David Tzong

Vice President of Finance

As Vice President of Finance, David Tzong is responsible for HandySoft Global Corporation’s worldwide finance and accounting functions, human resources, information technology, sales operations and administration. Prior to becoming Vice President of Finance, Tzong served as Controller for HandySoft.

Before joining HandySoft, Tzong was the Director of Finance and Controller at Cysive, Inc., a publicly traded software company, and was responsible for all finance and accounting functions, planning and SEC reporting. Prior to Cysive, Tzong held finance positions with Global TeleSystems, Inc., and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Tzong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The College of William and Mary and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Caffrey H.J. Lee

Vice President of Product Management

As vice president of product management, Caffrey Lee is charged with defining and driving HandySoft Global Corporation’s product strategy. With a focus on delivering continuous innovation and positive end user experiences, Lee’s directs the team responsible for all product management initiatives related to BizFlow® and BizFlow® OfficeEngine™.

Lee joined HandySoft a decade ago and since then has developed the extensive knowledge and experience necessary to help solve the complex business challenges of customers and partners alike. Lee has held various positions during his tenure with the company, including various roles in Product Development, Customer Support, System Integration and Professional Services.

Lee holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Hanshin University in Korea.

Michael B. Carucci

Vice President of Business Development

Michael B. Carucci recently joined HandySoft Global Corporation as Vice President of Business Development bringing over 25 years of professional experience in change management, business process re-engineering, strategic consulting, and IT sales and service. Prior to joining HandySoft, Carucci held positions at IBM, SAP, and Sybase. He also served fifteen years as a Navy Information Warfare/Cryptologic officer in Japan, Okinawa, Korea, Panama, the Philippines, and Washington, DC.

Carucci received his Master of International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, his B.S. from the United States Naval Academy in Political Science/East Asian Studies, and pursued graduate studies in political science at the Universities of Sao Paulo, Brazil and Grenoble, France as an Olmsted and Cox Fund scholar.

Garth Knudson

Director of Marketing and International Operations

As Director of Marketing and International Operations, Garth Knudson brings more than 15 years of broad technology experience to HandySoft. In his role, Knudson leads go-to-market and lead generation strategies, public relations, product marketing and analyst relations while driving new partner and sales activities worldwide. Knudson manages all partner and customer relationship outside of the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining HandySoft, Knudson worked in sales and marketing at Software AG, ExactOne, and CareerBuilder.com. He is very familiar with developing solutions using business process management (BPM) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) technologies.

Knudson received his B.A. from Brigham Young University, M.B.A. from Case and Master of International Management from Thunderbird. Knudson has 6 kids and is very active in his church.
