Jae Kyoung Ahn

Chairman of the Board

Jae Kyoung Ahn brings to HandySoft Global Corporation more than 20 years of experience managing and financing information technology businesses. Prior to becoming Chairman of the Board, Ahn served as President and CEO, Treasurer and interim CFO of HandySoft Global. Before HandySoft Global, he served as CFO for HandySoft Corporation in Korea (HSK), where he played an instrumental role in the 1999 IPO of $10 million and follow-up investments of $145 million. Ahn also served as Company Commander in the South Korean Army.

Harry Clarke

President and CEO

As President and CEO, Harry leads HandySoft's growth and direction through innovation, customer service focus and a strong commitment to partnerships.

Prior to joining HandySoft, Harry gained over 20 years of experience at McAfee, BMC Software and IBM leading domestic and global sales, services and development organizations. Previous positions include Sr. Vice President of Sales at McAfee, Vice President of Sales / Services at BMC Software and Business Unit Executive, IBM Petroleum Industry.

Harry has been on the Boards of a number of organizations including United Service Organizations (USO) and the United Way.

Harry is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

David Tzong

Vice President of Finance

As Vice President of Finance, David Tzong is responsible for HandySoft Global Corporation’s worldwide finance and accounting functions, human resources, information technology, sales operations and administration. Prior to becoming Vice President of Finance, Tzong served as Controller for HandySoft.

Before joining HandySoft, Tzong was the Director of Finance and Controller at Cysive, Inc., a publicly traded software company, and was responsible for all finance and accounting functions, planning and SEC reporting. Prior to Cysive, Tzong held finance positions with Global TeleSystems, Inc., and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Tzong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The College of William and Mary and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Caffrey H.J. Lee

Vice President of Product Management

As vice president of product management, Caffrey Lee is charged with defining and driving HandySoft Global Corporation’s product strategy. With a focus on delivering continuous innovation and positive end user experiences, Lee’s directs the team responsible for all product management initiatives related to BizFlow® and BizFlow® OfficeEngine™.

Lee joined HandySoft a decade ago and since then has developed the extensive knowledge and experience necessary to help solve the complex business challenges of customers and partners alike. Lee has held various positions during his tenure with the company, including various roles in Product Development, Customer Support, System Integration and Professional Services.

Lee holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Hanshin University in Korea.

Daniel Carr

Vice President of Technical Services

Dan Carr is both an experienced consultant and solutions developer for IT and business process management. With over 7 years in the BPM industry and more than 14 years in the IT industry at large, Mr. Carr has applied his experience and expertise to projects throughout the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities. Currently, Mr. Carr serves as Director of Technical Services at HandySoft, a leading BPM solutions provider.

Prior to joining HandySoft in 2003, Mr. Carr held a variety of technical positions at organizations such as Docucorp International and the United States Air Force. Mr. Carr left Active Duty in the end of 2001 and continues to provide support to the Secretary of Defense, Communications Division as a Reservist.

Garth Knudson

Director of International Sales and Alliances

As Director of International Sales and Alliances, Garth Knudson brings more than 15 years of broad technology sales and marketing experience to HandySoft. In his role, Knudson leads international sales, partner development and project implementation activities. Knudson is also responsible for Analyst Relations (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and LinkedIn communities. Prior to joining HandSoft, Knudson worked at Software AG, CareerBuilder, and Technology Catalysts as well as being an independent analyst on market research projects for large software companies. He also spent two years as a missionary in Spain.

Knudson received his B.A. from BYU, MBA from Case and MIM from Thunderbird. He loves playing with the kids, helping out at church, practicing his Spanish, boxing out under the rim, and going on adventures.
