Department of Labor
HandySoft partnered with the Department of Labor(DoL) to move to a fully automated Grants Management system, e-Grants.
They succeeded in:
- Full Integration with Internal and External agency back-end systems involved in the grants process
- Shortened the grants management lifecycle considerably
- Reduced time requirements for audits.

As part of its Workforce Restructuring Plan in 2004, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) created the Enterprise Workflow Information Tracking System (EWITS).
They succeeded in:
- Full integration with internal and external agency back-end systems involved in the grants process
- Deployed for use for all HHS HR recruiting activities
- Integrated seamlessly with PeopleSoft HRMS, Monster Government Solutions' QuickHire, and other 3rd party applications
- Saved 47% in development costs and achieved launch date a year earlier than projected
- Named by OMB as one of five Federal Government LOB Shared Service Centers for Human Resources

US Air Force Medical Services
Partnering with HandySoft, USAF Medical Services created SG/TASK, a tool that provides correspondence and action tracking for policy and procedure development.

US Nuclear Regulatory Commission
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) aligned with HandySoft and created BizFlow® powered EDATS. This solution went on to win Gartners 2009 BPM in Excellence award for their innovative use of BPM.
