With eGrants, organizations capture and route information across activities, including:

• Award – With certifications and signatures obtained, approvals and contract generation results in monies allocated.
• Monitoring Implementation – Grantors hold grantees accountable by monitoring work progress. Activities for automation include: documenting benchmarks, solving problems, tracking issues and resolutions, removing constraints, and securing new approvals.
• Closeout – All parties are responsible for ensuring proper asset handling and disposal as well as preparing lessons learned.
