BizFlow® Solution Life-cycle Workshop

During this workshop we will work with you to conduct a comprehensive review of your business processes and workflow. Steps include:

  • Reviewing the current and proposed organizational structures and the associated resource responsibilities, policies, procedures and performance metrics essential to optimal process execution.
  • Assessing the process redesign and BPM solution, considering such factors as transaction scalability, technology architecture, systems integration, forms design and routing logic and reporting.

BizFlow® Performance Tuning

Collaborating with you we will conduct a technical review of the system performance of an operational BPM solution, taking into consideration scalability, extensibility, reliability, availability, and ease of use. Services include:

  • Defining performance goals
  • Analyzing production system performance for scalability, extensibility, reliability, availability and ease of use
  • Assessing the performance of hardware capacity, web application configurations, database servers and BPM software
