Intro:

Wabash Technologies, a global supplier of parts for the automotive and related industries, implemented BizFlow® to automate key internal workflows. BizFlow® replaces manual systems and works in concert with existing legacy systems to significantly improve operational and administrative processes.

Overview:

Ford, General Motors and Hyundai rely on Wabash Technologies for automotive parts. These automakers have very standardized processes, and for Wabash to meet and exceed their expectations, it must have the same level of standardization. Representatives from business and IT worked closely together to implement BizFlow® to automate key internal workflow such as engineering changes, item master changes, and capital and premium freight requests. Currently 80 employees from Wabash’s operations in the United States, Mexico and Slovakia use BizFlow® on a daily basis.
