HandySoft Global Corporation Hosts 3rd Annual EMEA User Conference in Zurich

London, UK and Vienna, VA - March 26, 2007 -

HandySoft Global Corp., a leading provider of business process management (BPM) solutions, held its third annual EMEA user conference in Zurich, Switzerland last month. Featuring a keynote address by Derek Miers, CEO of BPM Focus, and presentations by six of HandySoft's European customers, the event was a tremendous success.

Business Process Management was listed as the number one focus area for CIOs in recent surveys by both CIO Insight and CIO Magazine. According to The State Of Enterprise Software Adoption In Europe, Forrester Research, Inc., January 2007, European enterprises will significantly increase spending on new software initiatives and projects in 2007. Financial Services Technology has reported that spending on BPM in the financial services sector in the UK alone will exceed £8 billion by 2008. Several factors are driving this accelerated adoption in Europe, including Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) and the mounting pressures for organisations to improve in customer service and reduce errors and waste.

Presentations by HandySoft EMEA customers at the conference supported this adoption rationale, with discussions covering BPM and Industrialization, How BPM Enables BPO, Correspondence Tracking and Electronic Artwork Approvals.

"It was a pleasure to attend HandySoft's EMEA user group and learn how companies are leveraging BizFlow in various ways to achieve tangible business value," said Mr. Hagen Buchwald, member of the entory AG executive board, entory AG. "The meeting provided a real opportunity for customers and partners to share best practices, learn about HandySoft's product roadmap and provide input into the company's strategic direction, which means the technology will continue to respond to our needs. It was also valuable to hear how HandySoft and the attendees foresee the market evolving in 2007, from dynamic process management to the continued movement of BPM deployments from departmental implementations to enterprise-wide solutions. It promises to be a significant year for BPM technology."

In his keynote address, Derek Miers discussed the tremendous incremental value associated with adopting an enterprise approach to BPM following the initial departmental or process-specific deployments that commonly mark initial BPM implementations. He also talked about the practical ways in which organisations can identify and prioritise the highest value areas to expand the use of their existing BPM solutions.

Jim Worley, chief operating officer for HandySoft, presented the company's Innovation in BPM award to SITA, the world's leading service provider of IT business solutions and communications services to the air transport industry. SITA has been using HandySoft's award-winning BPM solution BizFlow® for more than two years to guide the execution of operational processes and collect performance measures in support of its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiative.

Mr. Worley also presented an Outstanding Partner award to entory AG, a leading process management consultancy based in Ettingen, Germany. entory AG is currently implementing HandySoft's BizFlow solution at a premier European bank, where it will interface with more than 30 supporting systems. The final award, Enterprise Excellence, was presented to a HandySoft customer that has achieved a BizFlow roll out across the entire enterprise.

"The caliber of organisations represented at this year's event is a testament to HandySoft's growing presence in the EMEA market," said Wendy Cohen, sales & operations director for HandySoft EMEA. "Our user group forum is an important part of the service we deliver to our clients and it provides us with a consolidated view of where our solutions should be headed and what the priorities are for ongoing development."

European organisations interested in learning more about HandySoft and its award-winning BPM solutions can meet with the company at the Gartner BPM Summit in London, March 26-28, where HandySoft is a Silver Sponsor. To learn more, visit: http://www.gartner.com/2_events/conferences/bpme2.jsp
