Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency's (KOTRA) BizFlow CRM solution increases annual revenue by 140%

New York, NY - March 08, 2004 - HandySoft Global Corporation, a leading provider of business process management (BPM) solutions, today announced that it has been awarded the 2004 Global Excellence in Workflow Silver Award for the Pacific Rim.

The Silver Award recognizes HandySoft's implementation of BizFlow^®, its award-winning business process management platform, at KOTRA, a non-profit governmental organization for the promotion of trade and investment in Korea. The BizFlow solution enabled KOTRA to improve customer service and grow annual revenue by 140% by using business process management (BPM) technology in seven core business services relating to Customer Relationship Management.

In addition, KOTRA will use the BizFlow process data to evaluate new business opportunities and employee performance based on detail information at the process level.
