HandySoft Appoints William J. Chatterton Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Former MicroStrategy Treasurer Joins HandySoft as CFO

Vienna, VA - July 05, 2005 - HandySoft Global Corporation, a leading provider of business process management (BPM) solutions, today announced that William J. Chatterton, Jr. has joined the company as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for managing the worldwide finance, information systems operations, sales operations and human resources functions at HandySoft.

Chatterton, who was most recently Treasurer at MicroStrategy Incorporated. (Nasdaq: MSTR), brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and administration to the company. At MicroStrategy, Chatterton – along with other senior financial team members, played a critical role in restructuring the company to achieve profitability.

Prior to MicroStrategy, Chatterton served as Assistant Vice President & Assistant Treasurer, at Phillips International, Inc. He has also held various senior finance positions with The Fairchild Corporation, and Chevy Chase Federal Savings Bank. He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from The American University, and a B.S from Elizabethtown College.
