HandySoft Announces Record-Setting Sales Growth in 2005

Vienna, VA - January 30, 2006 - HandySoft Global Corporation, a leading provider of business process management (BPM) solutions, announced today that the company achieved a number of record-breaking sales milestones at the close of 2005. Leveraging its deep penetration into the financial services and government sectors, HandySoft reported 79 percent sales growth year-over-year during the second half of 2005; the Company's sales to the government sector grew by approximately 93 percent year-over-year.

Other important financial milestones achieved by HandySoft include:

• Since 2002, HandySoft's invoiced sales have grown at an annual compounded growth rate of over 40 percent.
• In 2005, HandySoft closed a single multimillion dollar transaction which the company believes to be the largest single pure-play BPM deal ever in the marketplace.

HandySoft signed 35 new customers and closed 110 license and maintenance transactions in 2005. Customers now include 175,000 end-users at over 10 Global 50 companies and over 80 government clients around the world, including over 40 US government agencies.
