HandySoft Global Sets New Course with Powerhouse Leadership Team

BPM Solutions Provider Evolves Under New Direction from Seasoned Veterans

Vienna, VA - July 09, 2006 -

HandySoft Global Corp., a leading provider of business process management (BPM) solutions, today announced the completion of its leadership restructuring with the appointment of four new executive team members: Jae Ahn, chief executive officer; Brian Boxman, chief operating officer; William J. Chatterton, Jr., vice president and chief financial officer; and Scott Byrnes, who was recently appointed vice president of marketing. The selection of these individuals reflects the company's drive for corporate growth and vision for industry leadership.

At the heart of HandySoft's business strategy is its award-wining product BizFlow®, a BPM suite of tools used to design, analyze, automate, monitor and optimize business processes.

As the newest member of the management team and vice president of marketing, Byrnes is responsible for driving HandySoft's strategic corporate and product marketing efforts, with a focus on reinvigorating the corporate brand. An expert in effectively implementing strategic processes, Byrnes developed his experience through several notable sales and marketing positions with leading technology companies, including Plateau Systems, Vastera and Manugistics. He began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a senior BPM consultant before moving into the packaged software application space.

A specialist in corporate growth and evolution, Chatterton is HandySoft's vice president and chief financial officer. In this capacity, Chatterton directs all worldwide finance functions, investor relations, human resources, information technology and sales operations. Prior to joining HandySoft, Chatterton served as treasurer of MicroStrategy, a provider of business intelligence software. Chatterton played a critical role in the turnaround and restructuring of the company to achieve profitability, driving MicroStrategy's operating margins up thirty percent. Chatterton has held senior finance positions with Phillips Publishing International and Fairchild.

Leading the operational efforts on this accomplished executive team is Boxman, chief operating officer, proficient in sales, marketing and services delivery with more than 18 years experience in the application software sales and services industry. As COO, he is responsible for worldwide sales, marketing and professional services. Prior to joining HandySoft, Boxman was vice president of sales and marketing for SYSCOM Inc., a workflow integration solutions company. Previous leadership positions include USinternetworking, Vastera and Manugistics.

Responsible for HandySoft's overall strategic direction and daily management, Ahn is fluent in Handysoft's technologies, products and financial operations, bringing with him more than 13 years of information technology business acumen. Before being appointed CEO and chairman of the board for HandySoft Global, Ahn served as its treasurer and then interim CFO. Prior to HandySoft Global, Ahn served as CFO for HandySoft Corporation, the parent company of HandySoft Global, and played a key role in its 1999 IPO.

"HandySoft Global has entered a new phase of vision and growth with the appointment of these four leaders," said Mr. Chung, HandySoft Corp.'s chief executive officer and chairman of the board. "By applying an exciting new vision and proven leadership to an already strong core product and successful customer base, these executives will chart an exciting new future for the company."
